We are really stoked to let you all know about the next TWO sessions of our Summer Bootcamp. All are welcome to join- Valkyries and Vikings alike! These are beginner friendly bootcamps that Coach Lindsay has designed from the ground up featuring movements and workouts that anyone can do as the perfect introduction to fitness and Crossfit while still challenging long time MVA members who opt to join up with a friend. Pass the word around to your coworkers, friends, and family members that have been dragging their feet but are ready to get into the best shape of their lives. We’re aiming this programming toward non members while we encourage all of you current members to check these bootcamps out as a supplement to your normal weekly Crossfit classes! Join in with a friend!

Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lb)
DB Plank Row
Double-Unders (Single Unders = 2 for 1)
SlamBalls (30/20 lb)
Dumbbell Push Press (45/35 lb)
Rules of Engagement:
1) As a team, complete a total of 1776 reps using all of the movements, in any order.
2) Multiple partners may work at a time, but everyone must work together on the same movement and move to the next movement together.
3) Teams may not complete more than 200 reps of any one movement, and each team member must complete at least 10 reps of each movement.
