NUTRITION COACHING

Exercise and nutrition are two equally important sides of the same coin: Fitness. Without proper nutrition, you won’t feel as good during your workouts, you won’t be able to push as hard, and you simply won’t get optimal results from all of the hard work you are putting in. Our nutrition coaching program is the perfect complement to your fitness regime.

MVA’s nutrition program does not deal in quick fixes or fad diets. If that is what you are looking for, there are plenty of options out there already and we wish you the best of luck.  When you’ve tried enough of them to realize that they either don’t work, or don’t last please give us a call.

CROSSFIT

Our group CrossFit training is designed to meet your fitness needs no matter where you are starting from and help prepare you for the unknowable challenges of life.  Each class include skills, strength and conditioning work in variations that will keep you learning and your body adapting so you never plateau or get bored.

Our coaches will instruct you on the proper mechanics of each and every movement you will perform. They will scale the workouts to your current fitness level so you get a great workout while progressing at your own pace. Your results not only matter to you, they matter to us.

MASSAGE THERAPY

Christy is a certified massage practitioner, and MVA’s official massage therapist. As an avid CrossFitter she understands the demands that athletes put on their bodies, and she has the skills to keep them healthy or get them back in the game as soon as possible. When that shoulder is acting up, your lower back just won’t seem to relax, or if you just want to treat yourself, she’s your girl.
