There are a lot of healthy options at your local Trader Joe’s and list is by no means meant to be exhaustive. I wanted to highlight some of my go-to items from my latest shopping trip to help you conveniently get through the week with healthy choices! To summarize, most of these are healthy convenience foods that are quick to prepare and full of the macro- and micronutrients that your body requires to be an effective athlete.
